We are located equidistant from the Fenway (D trains) and Kenmore (B, C, D trains) stops on the MBTA Green Line. There are also plenty of LMA shuttles on lots of routes and with an ID from any Longwood Medical Area Institution you can ride for free. And we are so close to Fenway Park that  if you are driving or coming from the airport, you might as well consult the excellent directions to the area found here, courtesy of the World Series Champion Boston Red Sox.
